Shipping policy and terms

1. Orders are dispatched on FRIDAYS, excluding bank holidays and during advertised closures.
2. Orders placed before 11:30 am are dispatched using DPD next day service or Royal Mail 24hrs tracked service.
3. Orders dispatched on Fridays should be deliverd the next day .
4. Orders dispatched on Fridays may arrive on Saturday, Sunday or Monday, depending on your local delivery office. (But most will arrive on Saturday).
5. Please ensure you have entered your mobile number to receive tracking updates and notifications.
6. We NEVER guarantee a delivery day. Please, note that parcels may take several days to arrive, and refunds or replacements will only be available when a parcel is delayed by more than the use by date on the product.

Returns and refunds

Items can be returned for a refund within 7 days for any reason, if they meet all the criteria below:
1. You must have a proof of purchase
2. The item is unused and in the same condition in which it was received
3. The item is still in the original packing

You will be provided with a reference to be included in your return.

Damaged or Faulty Products

If you are unhappy/unsatisfied with the condition of your order, please contact us via e-mail: tanya@parveygarden.co.uk

Include your order number and as much information about the product as possible, including photographs. You the customer are responsible for the return costs, which can be reimbursed on successful return of the product and acceptance of fault.

Return is required by our WASTAGE POLICY.

Successful refunds are processed immediately to your original payment method, and may take up to 7 working days to arrive, depending on your payment method.
